We obtain the information of our customers and partners from the data subject themselves or their represented organization. Information about the customer’s creditworthiness at the time of the order is obtained from Klarna Oy. We collect information about potential customers from public sources, such as the trade register, company websites, or professional profiles like LinkedIn, or through contacts made via the website.
3. For what purposes do we use personal data and what is the legal basis for processing?
We process data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery and product supply: We process the information you provide to fulfill the contract we have made with you or your represented organization. We cannot contact you regarding contract-related matters, manage your digital customer account, deliver newsletters, invoice our products or services, or monitor or collect payments without processing personal data. This processing is based on the contractual relationship (if you are a party to the contract) or a legitimate interest based on the contract made with your represented organization.
- Responding to contacts: We process the information you provide to respond to your contact, which you have made, for example, through our website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest.

We use subcontractors for data processing and ensure through contractual arrangements that the data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation. - Transmeri Group: We may process and disclose personal data within the Transmeri Group.

- Partners: We may disclose the contact details of our corporate customers’ representatives to our partners and principals for their justified purposes.
